These dishes are prepared sailors handmade by "Entreislas" and come from the Asturian town of El Franco, near Tapia de Casariego and bordering the province of Lugo.
There, Everardo, son of fishermen, the grandson of fishermen, who owns a fishing boat, could not be anything else but a fisherman. But one day, makes this about six years, decided that it could put all the knowledge they had of the sea, its products and its traditions in a new business: a gourmet canning canning fish and shellfish in the primary on quality.
Thus was born one of these small canneries with the recipe for good product and innovate without fear has succeeded to a hole in a negligible market share with large industries.
Traditions of seafaring has been especially delicious recipes. Stews always in the coastal Asturias now lead directly to your table with a selection of dishes prepared with fish and seafood species most prestigious of the waters of Biscay.
