These are whole tomatoes, peeled and preserved in sugar. An exquisite and perfect complement to decorate platters of gourmet meat. For example with cherries and Sherry vinegar, with pate and foi gras as canapé on toast with sweet cheese, preferably goat and parsley. And to accompany meats and heavy pig.
