The Collada is an artisan cheese made in the mountainous area of the council of Amieva (Cirieñu) exclusively with pasteurized sheep's milk.

Court presents a white uniform, eyes of different sizes, thin and soft touch moisture half. Texture, flexible and elastic. Primary and lactic flavors in balance.

Very soluble in the mouth, melting sensation global private with good input, soft and smooth.
