Produced handmade by "The Artesa" with marinated and semi cured meat rabbit

A young red wine and sherry vinegar give the old base in this marinade for an exceptionally rich flavors and contrasts.

It consists of semi-cured meat rabbit, pickles (olives, green onions, gherkins, capers), red wine, olive oil, sherry vinegar, selected spices, garlic and salt.

Encurtidos

Spices, wisely chosen and dosed, complement the pickled meat for a smooth texture, complex flavors and aromas and balanced.

Rabbit with pickles

In addition to consuming only bread toasted, it will be an excellent improvement in temperate and cold salads.
