Leg of Rabbit Confit
It´s produced handmade from Leon by the firm "Artesa Selection" with marinated and semicured meat rabbit.

Cooked in its own fat, thigh Rabbit presents a pleasant appearance and its fine golden flavor makes it suitable for every palate, even the most demanding.

This is made with delicious confit of rabbit leg semi cured in its own fat and slightly seasoned with paprika from La Vera, black and pink pepper, onion, coriander, oregano, basil and salt.

Consumption advisories: heat 2 minutes in microwave at full power or water bath 7 or 8 minutes. Serve the thigh with a little sauce. It may be accompanied with garnish to taste (potato chips, mushrooms, vegetables, raisins, tomatoes, etc.).
