Look for the products when you are registered. Move through the stores is easy and intuitive. To know more about a product you only have to click in it and you can see more information (origin, production method, price, availability, etc).
Select products by clicking "add to basket" and continue shopping. Once you have finished selecting your purchase proceed to check over. Agree with the terms of service and, finally, confirm your order.
SaboresdelNorte.com sends email order confirmations to the address specified in your account for every individual order. These email confirmations are considered part of our service, and are therefore still delivered to customers that have requested not to receive promotional email from us.

All of our prices include VAT. All prices shown as EUR are only for indication purposes, as all payments are processed in EUR and it is the customer´s bank that applies the exchange rate from EUR to its local currency. The exchange rate applied to our prices is the official European Central Bank‘s one, which we update on a monthly basis.
Our products are home-made using traditional methods, which means that we are not always able to guarantee their availability at our store. In the unlikely case that a product were unavailable at the particular time you place your order, we will contact you immediately to suggest a replacement product or to refund the relevant amount.
If SaboresdelNorte.com does not have a particular product in stock at the time of receiving an online order that may result in a small delay in delivering the item, efforts will be made to deliver the product in a period within 2 to 5 working days
Minimum and Maximum orders:
There aren‘t minimum orders but a good way of minimising transport costs is to purchase several items in a single and big order, why not share an order with some friends?

Under normal circumstances, any orders received before 17:00 hours will be dispatched on the next day. In such cases the delivery period will be 24h for Spain and 2 or 3 days for all other destinations (working days).
Since there are no deliveries during the weekend, to guarantee that your order reaches you in prime condition, from June to September orders that include refrigerated products will be dispatched from Monday to Wednesday for Spanish destinations and Monday, Tuesday and Friday for all other destinations. Orders that do not include refrigerated products are dispatched Monday to Friday all year round.
We are unable to dispatch products to PO Box addresses.
Exchanges and refunds:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of the products received, please contact us at email@example.com within maximum seven working days after receiving the order, clearly indicating what the problem is or the reason for the requested refund. We will contact you as soon as possible to reach a satisfactory solution.
If a product is received damaged as a result of transport, we will send you a replacement product or give you a full refund on your credit card (this will not be applicable if the products have deteriorated because the recipient was not able to receive the package). In any case, it will be necessary to send us a picture of the damaged product. If one or more products received do not correspond to your order, we will send you the correct products or give you a full refund on your credit card. In both cases, SaboresdelNorte will be responsible for all extra transport costs that may arise, provided that the product has not been used, altered or handled in any way.
If you wish to return a product for any other reason or cancel your order, once we have received the goods back in their original packaging and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund on your credit card the total price of your order, except any transport costs involved in returning your order. If your order has not yet been dispatched and you wish to cancel it, we will refund its total amount.
Please take into account that to allow us to process any exchange or refund it is essential that you previously contact our Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org) within maximum seven working days after receiving the order. We will be unable to agree any refund unless we receive prior notification.
You must be at least 18 years old in order to buy alcoholic drinks from our store. We will not send more than 10 bottles of alcoholic drinks per order to addresses outside Spain.
Credit cards will be the principal way of payment. This method is the most common way in electronic commerce, given its high level of security and the speed. You only have to enter your number card and expiry date. Our safety payment system through our bank, Caixa Catalunya will register the transaction. Visa, Maestro and MasterCard will be required for the total amount before delivery can be made.

In a similar way to an operation you would perform at a cash dispenser, when you purchase goods at Saboresdelnorte.com, the details referring to your credit card are encrypted using the SSL security protocol and transferred directly to the relevant banking institution, which is the one to accept or reject payment. This way, the information transferred via the internet enjoys full security and Saboresdelnorte.com does not hold these details at any time, which means it cannot either visualise or store them.
